Every hospital in America hires for these five tracks, and most people have never heard of them, which means less competition for you. Some start right out of high school. Tap a track to see the full ladder from first job to executive.

Typical education by level: entry roles start with a HS diploma or Associate's and on-the-job training. Mid-level roles usually want a Bachelor's (supply chain, healthcare administration, business, or IT) plus certifications like CMRP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Advanced roles favor an MBA or Master's with PMP or Black Belt. Executive roles usually expect a graduate degree and years of growth.
